Infrared cabins - in general

• are designed to warm up the body before further sports, rehabilitation or regeneration activities, prior to cosmetic skin treatment and before stays in cold environment
• in infrared cabin you breathe cool air, yet at the same time you feel warmth (you warm up)
• if your aim is not to sweat, the door of the infra-cabin may be left open
• you can warm up whilst wearing everyday clothes
• according to the type of activity that follows, you can choose a refreshing warm-up or a hygienic shower
• the warm-up time depends on how you feel, 25 to 40 minutes at 50-60°C is normally recommended
• we always recommend you visit your doctor in case you are using medicines, have acute injuries, are pregnant, etc.
